Slumber Guard Test

Can you breathe normally through your nose?

We have found that 20% of the customers do not.

Those who cannot breathe normally through their nose typically suffer from some form of nasal airway obstruction.  This may be caused by block nostrils, narrow nasal passages, allergies, sinus issues or deviated septum.

Customers suffering exclusively from Nasal Airway Obstruction we recommend you speak to your pharmacist or doctor about decongestants, nasal dilators or our Slumber Guard Nasal Strips.

If yes, ... then take The Slumber Guard Test

For those who can breathe normally through their nose - then it may suggest that the snoring is in fact coming from the back of throat.

Factors that can cause snoring from the back of the throat include being overweight, having a poorly defined jawline, and/or an oversized tongue - together with the combination of being over 35yrs old.

It is very easy for those people with these physical attributes to generate a snoring noise from the back of their throat when they relax and inhale through their nose.

And as most snoring problems originate from the back of the throat and not the nasal passages - you can do this simple test.

1) Relax your jaw, inhale and make a snoring noise - but from the back of your throat.

2) Now, push your lower jaw forward and try to make the same noise.

You may find that with your lower jaw in a forward position that the back of your throat seems to feel more open, and that snoring from the back of the throat is relieved.

This is an indication that you may suffer from throat airway obstruction - and that the Slumber Guard Anti-snoring Device may work for you.

Your specific circumstance...
